Whether you did it or didn’t, it doesn’t matter anymore. You were seized by the education department of the Japanese government to cease your ‘delinquency’. For some, it was simply the wrong place at the wrong time and for others? Not even a formal discipline academy are enough for them. Regardless, one thing is common for all students of Shibuku Formal Academy: you’re not at your normal school anymore.

There’s a silence as you tread the new hallways for the first time. Perfectly polished lockers, bright energy efficient lightning, and a never-ending hallway are your welcoming committee.

Your day is normal. Average and dull. The teachers have been nice and understanding, even if they were a bit strict. Your arm still hurt from that shot the school nurse gave you during your registration — it was school rules, after all.

Even if you feel a bit out of place, you were highly excited to see the other students at lunch. 

Upon the lunch hour, you would notice groups of friends. Cliques, if you would. Some loud and obnoxious, some respectful and kind — it all varied.
